BpoHandshake is a B2B marketplace for the telemarketing and call-center industry. Members post and discover campaigns, data offers, services, and call-center profiles, build trust through profiles and reviews, report fraud, and connect with handshake requests.
You choose a role when you register: Campaign Buyer (post campaigns looking for capacity), Data Vendor (list data offers and lead lists), Service Provider (list services such as dialers, CRM, training, or verification), Call Center (publish a center profile), or Telemarketer (individual subscriber). Your role controls which listing types you can create.
You can browse public listing pages without signing in. Full listing details, contact reveal on profiles, handshakes, messaging, posting, and most member actions require a free account and login.
Sign in with the matching role, then use the posting pages for your type (new campaign, data offer, service, or center profile). After publishing, manage and edit your posts from My Listings. Only the listing types for your role appear in your Activity Stats and posting tools.
Open My Listings while logged in. From there you can edit your published posts or take them down according to the options shown on each item. Changes appear on the public listing pages after you save.
A Handshake is a connection request between members: similar to a professional intro. Send one from a profile or listing when you want to start a business conversation. You can track sent and received handshakes on the Handshakes page after you sign in.
On a member's public profile, signed-in visitors can use Contact reveal to unlock phone, website, and social links (loaded only after you click, so they are not scraped from the public page). You can also send a Handshake or use on-site messaging where available. Guests are asked to sign in first.
A Verified badge means the member's identity has been reviewed and marked verified by BpoHandshake. It is a trust signal on profiles and listings: not a guarantee of every deal. Unverified members can still use the platform normally.
Members can file a fraud report to warn the community about a bad actor or incident. Reports appear on the Fraud Reports listing. When possible, a report can be linked to a specific member profile so visitors see the connection. Always read the report details and community votes before making decisions.
Logged-in members can vote whether a fraud report seems legitimate (True) or not credible (False). Votes help the community weigh reports; they do not automatically remove a report. You can also leave comments on reports to share useful context.
Featured listings get higher visibility on listing pages (including spotlight rotation and a Featured badge). From your listing, request a featured package (for example 3, 7, 14, or 30 days), follow the payment instructions, and wait for approval. Featured status expires when the package ends.
Activity Stats are role-based. A Campaign Buyer shows campaigns and fraud reports; a Data Vendor shows data offers; a Service Provider shows services; a Call Center shows center profiles. Click a stat to open that listing page filtered to that member only: sidebar category filters still work.
Use the "Still need help?" form on this page, or the "Need help?" button on any page. Messages go to the BpoHandshake support inbox and we reply by email. Include as much detail as you can (what you tried, the page URL, and screenshots if useful).
