My name is Nkosinathi Mpofu, professionally known by Nick within the telecommunications industry, I've been in the BPO industry for 10 years having operating as a sales agent, sales professional & Sales Executive.
I started off working for local based call centres for local clients functioning within the financial services industry, I did that for about 2 years, I then after expanded expertise and started working for Australian campaigns operating as a customer services representative where by I would troubleshoot internet connectivity for Australian residence.
I then started working for the UK based campaigns within the financial services industry doing multiple campaigns where my experience got extensive from Tax claims, Mis sold investment sales, Marriage tax allowance & Insurance claims just to mention a few, within the same space of time I got promoted as a QA within the department and training.
I then started working for US based campaigns selling internet and broadband services from 26 major providers tailor customising packages that are suitable for the customers specific internet usage ensuring that I do not under or over deliver on customers expectations.
I am now currently a Business Development Representative in the call centre building networks and establishing new business for our call centre.
